Rose, My Girl Shrub Rose

My Girl Rose is a fast-growing deciduous shrub with upright branching and deep green foliage. The vivid deep pink double flowers with ruffled petals blooms continuously from late spring into fall.  Best grown with full sun in rich and moist well-drained, lightly acidic soils. My Girl is highly disease resistant.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS:  Medium Maintenance. Roses are susceptible to powdery mildew, black spot, rust, and rose rosette and require regular fungicide in humid areas that experience a lot of rainfall.  Pest issues include aphids, borers, scale, mites thrips, midges, and leafhoppers.
